What it's our Anniversary?

With that title you would think it was Paul that forgot. Well it wasn't. Yesterday was our 9Th wedding anniversary and I forgot. I was telling Paul that I had a sewing class to go to. Paul was like "you know you're not going, don't you know what day it is." I really had no clue, totally forgot. oops. Paul brought home our favorite Chinese food, and some flowers. I made him his favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. We had family night and looked at our wedding album. That was it and it was perfect.


Wow, has 9 years really gone by. Somedays it feels like we were just married but mostly it feels like we have be married forever. I mean that in a "we both don't sleep through the night" good kind of way. Our wedding was a cold and warm spring day. We got married at the Timpanogas Temple in the morning with our family taking pictures in the freezing cold with a little snow. Then off to Mi Ranchito for a our wedding luncheon [it was really good]. I remember some of my family thought it was kind of trashy but changed their tune when they were eating good food, not the same old wedding buffet. After Paul and I, for some weird reason went two different ways, he went back to his mom's house and I went to our rental with my family. Then we meet up at the Bunglow in Pleasant Grove for our reception. We got up to the Bunglow for family photos and it turned into a warm sunny afternoon. It seemed like forever for us to stand in line and greet our friends and family. Then we cut the cake, I tried to eat some of our yummy food, but Paul made me greet more people for another hour. Then after we were done we drove to Wendy's in our wedding garb and got some take out and went back to our place and started our life together.

We started Gracie on food. She hated rice cereal, she would make a yucky face. it was pretty funny. so I got her the good stuff. Sweet potatoes, pears, bananas, apples with oatmeal cereal. Gracie loves it.

He loves to put these on backwards. I think its because he wants to see the cool pictures. When they are on right he can't see them, dah me. He is so funny...

Itty Bitty Sports/Tee Ball

I put the boys in a beginner tee ball class. They learn the skill of tee ball. Throwing and using a mitt. They played tag with the ball, to learn how to get others out. Of course they hit off the tee and learned to aim into a cool target. They practice running around the bases. This was funny to watch. Some kids wouldn't make it all around the base even after watching and chanting "1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base, home." They had lots of fun.

Easter 2010

Happy Easter... It's not much but this was our Easter morning of 2010. We had the bunny come visit. He hid eggs and toys for the kids. We watched conference and then we went to dinner at grandma Summers. The day before we watched conference and had a Easter party at grandma Gillespies. Both Grandma's had fun egg hunts. The weather was so snowy I didn't even make Paul or the boys go to any crazy city egg hunts this year.

Dean Shopping Day

Who knew the mall was so fun for kids. I took Dean to the mall to shop with my mom. I just I hadn't been there for a while. They have a train that runs down the whole mall and of course Dean had to ride the zebra.

First Day of Spring - Grammy's Zoo Day

My mom has always loved the zoo and so of course she begs to take the kids at least once a year. You think we could accommodate that every year, but life gets busy for both of us and so we went really early this year. It turned out to be a perfect day.

four months and growing so fast.

Gracie weights 12.10 pounds. Both of the boys weighed that at 2 months old. Dean the 6 pounds at birth weighed a whopping 15 pounds at 4 months old. I am so glad she is small. Just means she will be my baby longer. Gracie is hitting the 25% mark in weight, 75% in height and her head is 50%. The Doctor called that a super model size.

Gracie's Crib is up

We got the crib up finally now that she is almost 4 months. We waited because its up in the boys room. "They say three is a crowed" but it's not that bad. The other night we put them all to sleep in their room and we had to do a little dance. Our celebration was short lived. I had to feed Gracie a few times and Dean wandered in some time around 3. What can you say it a start. I love my bedding and mobile because I made it. I have more pictures on my showoff craft blog. you just need to click on the side. This picture is really funny. W and G are in there jams but D is not. Lately Dean is always changing into them several times a day.

Gracie loves going to sleep now. You could say she's sleeping like a baby. hehehe
